How to submit:

Open the submission link

Press "New" on the top right or "Add a record" below the title

fill out the form

Press "Save", and you're set!

How to edit your submission:

You've received an email for your submission, open the "edit url"

Press "Go to the entry"

Update your entry details

Press "Save", and it updates!
